- Customer Responsibilities:
- Billable Work: The cost of this service activity will be calculated in accordance with Sumo Spares rates for time and materials service. You agree to pay for all calls on receipt of invoice.
- Parts: Parts will be replaced on an exchange basis only. Sumo Spares reserves the right to use remanufactured or refurbished parts. Such parts will be equivalent to new when installed in the equipment. All exchanged parts will become the property of Sumo Spares.
